Land for sale?

For rebuilding house Muschamp I am looking for a plot of land; perhaps one or two acres, maybe more.
I would like to rebuild house Muschamp in the Tasman / Marlborough region.

A special house needs to be built on a special spot.

The idea is to set house Muschamp in the landscape; exposed, at the end a dirt road driveway, no fence
I can not image the house being rebuilt in an urban setting, at a subdivision or inbetween life style blocks.
I think house Muschamp needs to have space.

The light Oamaru stone of the house will stand out in any landscape.
I will keep the settlement small and additional structures like a small garage and a water storage tank will be designed to blend into the surrounding landscape.

I am interested in buying one or two acres (1 Hectare) of land, more if possible.
Depending on the area there might be a council requirement for owning a few Hectares to get permission for building a house.
I will sort these things out with the council and I am happy to negotiate a separate second (lease) contract for bridging land should it be requested.

For the right location and the right price I am okay with supporting a sub-dividing process and/or a change in zoning; it's part of my daily job.
Power and phone connection to site are most welcome but are not a necessity.
